Ed Dugas
Ed began working in restaurants at age 15 and eventually became a head cook at an upscale seafood and steakhouse in Falmouth, Maine. While no longer a professional, he enjoys cooking at home for friends and family whenever the occasion may strike.
After a two year adventure in Asheville, NC, he came to Vancouver and began his career as a copywriter and creative consultant, helping develop web and business content and marketing materials for Vin de Garde Cellar Systems.
Now at Industry Blender, Ed hopes to help busy hospitality professionals use social networking and web-based marketing to discover new successes and opportunities for their businesses.
