A winding stone staircase leads the way from bustling Robson Street to this celebrated Vancouver dining room, acclaimed for its contemporary cuisine and award-winning wines. The elegant curved marble bar is a central feature, accented by stone walls adorned with fine art and tall arched windows opening onto a secluded terrace.

Executive Chef François Gagnon and his team work in the dramatic open kitchen, masterfully orchestrating CinCin's heritage wood-fired equipment. An ingredient-driven, seasonal focus sets the tone for Gagnon’s menu with distinctive dishes embracing the sensibilities of the Mediterranean. Outstanding desserts demonstrate the Michelin star-studded pedigree of acclaimed Chef Patisserie Thierry Busset.

Restaurant Director, Edwyn Kumar directs his service team to produce a culinary stage performance. Housed in the private dining room, CinCin's wine collection is deep and global with rare vintages, boutique finds, and an extensive half bottle selection.
