CHOW sources the best local ingredients and prepares it with care and creativity. The staff is friendly, intelligent, and engaging and has been trained to guide our guests to fully enjoy what CHOW has to offer.
Owner/Chef Jean Christophe Poirier works closely with local independent farmers and organic growers to provide his kitchen with the ingredients necessary to create great food while the portions encourage diners to experience a variety of dishes.
The wine list, beers and cocktails have all been created to compliment the menu and cater to a wide range of palates and budgets.
In the spring CHOW opens its west-facing patio where guests can enjoy the warmth of an afternoon sun or the beauty of a sunset filled sky.
At CHOW, all the elements are in place, making it the neighbourhood hangout of choice for a great dining experience where visitors to Vancouver and locals feel equally welcome.
