We are service industry professionals seeking to centralize the varied and
ever changing elements of our beloved industry. We facilitate interactive, cost
effective networking and promotional opportunities for our colleagues, future
industry professionals, and provide a dynamic source destination for our
current and future customers.
CEO and Founder
Executive Chef Francois Samson has worked in the service industry over 14 years. After graduating from culinary school top of his class at the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality of Quebec, he worked his way up to some of the most famous restaurants in Montreal including Nuance, Toque! and Club des Pins. Later, Samson decided that he would continue his adventure in one of the greatest food capitals of the world... France.
In Vonas, France, Samson completed his apprenticeship at George Blanc, a renowned 3-star Michelin restaurant. After his apprenticeship, Samson engaged in numerous contracts in restaurant establishments and charter yachts throughout Europe, South East Asia and North America... After living abroad for over a decade, Samson settled into Vancouver working at top restaurants such as
Lumiere and Bardot. He has also continued providing private chef services to high profile clients.

Director of Marketing
Ms. Chan began her career after completing her
Bachelors degree in Communications and Sociology at Simon Fraser University.
Her clients have included, Telus, Wycen Foods,Superstore and T&T.
In 2004, she started her own events promotion company. She has since, successfully managed and trained staff to produce over 100 fashion events and fundraisers throughout the lower mainland. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Industry Blender Member Relations and Site Contributor
Ms. Carriere brings to Industry Blender her background as a Corporate Executive Assistant and Marketing Assistant to CEO's and Senior VP's of multinational corporations.
Her passion for the service industry, based on a previous ten years FoH experience in Toronto and Montreal, compelled her to expand her industry knowledge, and complete the Professional Culinary Program at Northwest Culinary, in Vancouver. She has since, practiced her cooking craft in some of Vancouver's top restaurants and catering companies.
