Tickets go on sale September 1st (and are expected to sell out in one week) for the Whistler Search and Rescue Society’s ninth annual “Wine’d Up” fundraising gala. Guests at this winemaker’s dinner and auction will enjoy an evening of food and wine while supporting the work of Whistler’s search and rescue volunteers. Organizers are delighted to welcome five of Whistler’s renowned Executive Chefs to this year’s event: Chef Vincent Stufano - Fairmont Chateau Whistler; Chef Scott Dolbee - Four Seasons Resort Whistler; Chef Grant Cousar - Whistler Cooks & Catering; Chef Steve Bjormark - Whistler Blackcomb; Chef James Walt - Araxi Restaurant . Each chef will create a dish with flavours to complement wines from Sumac Ridge Estate Winery, Ganton and Larsen Prospect Winery, Mission Hill Family Estate Reserve, and Jackson Triggs . $135 plus GST. 6 p.m reception. 7 p.m. dinner.
